Completed in 2016 in Nişantaşı, Istanbul, TZL Suites is organised as two mid-rise residential blocks brought together by a glazed central core, where the vertical circulation is clearly expressed through the elevator shaft and connecting landings. This central element gives the project both spatial clarity and a strong sense of symmetry. The facades are shaped by a steady rhythm of balconies, broad openings, and horizontal bands across approximately twelve levels, with recessed upper floors reducing the overall mass. In front, a landscaped green courtyard introduces a softer foreground to the building, creating distance from the street and reinforcing the project’s residential character through a more calm and contained setting.
